I am glad to see our leaders have gained so much from our Accelerator program with Duke Kunshan and hence made a great impact on the organization. This intensive and experiential program strengthened their overall leadership and business management capabilities while providing our local leaders with great opportunities to experience an international context. I am proud to see our talents keep improving through this program and achieve a very high return on investment.

 Prior to our strategic planning workshop with the senior executives of my joint venture, l requested Duke Kunshan University to customize a Design Thinking program specifically for us. The program exceeded my expectations by not just enhancing our comprehension of design thinking, but also by immediately applying the methodology to tackle our most critical strategic challenges during the workshop.
